Measure eLock correctly
How do I find the right cylinder size for my door? When buying an eLock locking cylinder, you need the exact door thickness. You can determine this by correctly measuring the length of the profile cylinder; you do not need to remove the cylinder to do this, but measure the length directly on the door. We would like to show you how to do this: In the case of the eLock, the first number before the horizontal bar always indicates the outside, the second number is the length of the inside. The measurement is always taken from the fixing screw. If the cylinder is covered with a core pull protection on the outside, you should only measure up to the end of the cylinder.
