1. Payment options

We offer the following payment options::

For order values under 11.90 EUR including VAT, we charge a minimum quantity surcharge of 5.00 EUR including VAT on our shipping costs.

2. Shipping information

We only ship within Germany. Your order will be dispatched by UPS or by post. If you do not specify or have a delivery address in Germany, you can collect the goods from us or organise the transport yourself. Collection is only possible by prior appointment. Please contact us for this purpose.

3. Shipping costs

Für den Versand innerhalb Deutschlands berechnen wir pro Bestellung pauschale Versandkosten in Höhe von 4,95 EUR einschließlich MwSt. Ab einem Bestellwert von 95,20 EUR einschließlich MwSt. versenden wir innerhalb Deutschlands frachtfrei.
