Our quality promise to you
We place the highest demands on our products to ensure your satisfaction and safety. This not only includes high-quality materials and sophisticated technologies: for us, quality begins at every single workplace. All Grothe employees contribute to ensuring that our products fulfil your requirements for excellent quality. We are proud of the outstanding performance of our employees. We also like to show them off. That's why we offer you a "look behind the scenes" here: How do we develop our gongs? What standards do we use to check quality? How do we produce high-quality products? See for yourself how we produce top-quality items.
Innovation
For us, quality starts with the customer's wishes. That's why we listen carefully to our customers. Only when a new product makes our customers' everyday lives easier, is easy to use and durable does it fulfil our requirements. We go one step further. We are driven by the question: how can we make our product even simpler and more user-friendly? This is where our developers come in. With every new idea, they play with different possibilities and test, test, test until our new product meets our customers' expectations.
Methodology is behind this quality claim. By analysing the failure modes and effects (FMEA), they check every safety aspect and every function of the new product. In this step, we rely on legal requirements and certification standards as well as our decades of experience. External service providers such as VDE and TÜV support us in the tests until every detail is right.
"The quality of our products is characterised by absolute precision in development and a keen interest in our customers' wishes."
"Our holistic view of all aspects of the production and sales cycle is fundamental to the quality of our products."
Quality assurance
Our quality assurance staff accompany every step of the product process. From development and production through to final acceptance, they ensure that all items fulfil our and your requirements. This process requires precise knowledge of our products and a certain degree of attention to detail. Finally, every newly developed product is put through its paces. Have all potential risks been eliminated? Does the material prove itself in long-term use? Is the product easy and safe to use? Only when our quality assurance staff are satisfied is a new product launched on the market. They also regularly check established articles and returns for any defects. The results of these analyses provide information on how we can improve our products. Thanks to the close co-operation between quality assurance and production, changes are implemented quickly.
