GTN 1973 Safety transformer
Grothe bell and safety transformers are generally protected by a PTC, which switches off the transformer on the primary side in the event of a short circuit or overload. All transformers meet the highest environmental protection requirements, are tested in accordance with EN61558-2-6:2010 and are certified.
The transformer is ideal for continuous operation and can be installed in either an electrical or flat distribution board and is labelled with an ENEC mark. The additionally available surface mounting set for the transformer includes two cover flaps as well as mounting rails and material to achieve protection class IP20.
Note:
A higher output voltage occurs at low load or idle!
After a short circuit, recommission by briefly disconnecting the primary side from the mains (at least 1 minute).

Surface mounting set for three sub-units This mounting set allows you to surface-mount a transformer with a width of three sub-units (54 mm). As soon as this mounting set is attached to the transformer, the transformer is given a protection rating of IP20.
